A great example is Empower Fitness. I've worked with Lizz, the co-founder, to create video content that showcases her fitness sessions in a fun, natural, and candid way. She focuses on the emotional side of the content, allowing customers to feel comfortable and at ease, especially those who are new to fitness.

By capturing Lizz in her element, we've successfully connected her gym with potential clients who may feel intimidated by high-energy, aggressive fitness content. Instead of competing with other gyms' high-energy videos, Empower Fitness stands out by being authentic and letting potential clients get to know the real Lizz.
