Lizzie and Courtney are the founders and head coaches of Empower Fitness, a spacious gym conveniently located beside Pasir Panjang MRT, Singapore. Together, we have worked on several projects over the past year, each focusing on her personality as a coach, how they conduct their classes, what Empower Fitness is about, and how it feels like to train with them regardless of experience, shape or size. We want their customers to feel at home and not be too intimidated by the idea of going to a gym. Therefore, we avoid making videos that are too aggressive or powerful. Instead, we aligned our ideas and moved towards something more relatable, soft and natural — candid stuff. Through their actions, we tell the story of what training with Empower Fitness is all about.

Throughout our collaboration, we've produced lifestyle short-form videos and photos for Empower Fitness's social media platforms, building their content library for their marketing team to distribute. Our challenge lies in continually finding new ways to convey the aim and goals of Empower Fitness and the experience of training with them.

Our primary focus is on showcasing the personalities of Lizzie and Courtney, transforming them into storytelling videos and photos without relying on voiceovers. Additionally, we aim to create a safe and enjoyable space for their customers to embark on their fitness journey, highlighting the trainers' dedication and the overall atmosphere during training sessions.

Together, we've created a series of content that speaks volumes, conveying the essence of Empower Fitness through visuals and emotions.
